In line with our vision, mission and values we will seek to conduct our services in a systematic and pro active manner. We provide clear Leadership Commitment to avoid harm to our employees and subcontractors who may be affected directly or indirectly by our activities, Impact to working environment, loss / Impact of our own and subcontractor’s asset, and reputation. We also maintain the safe and healthy working conditions with practically achievable standards of safety, occupational health and environmental protection in our day to day business.

This will be achieved through:

• Clear and Visible Leadership Commitment
• Maintain safe and healthy working conditions, provide and maintain plant, equipment and machinery, and ensure safe storage/use of substances
• Provide adequate training to ensure employees are competent to do their work.
• Engage and consult with employees on day-to-day health and safety conditions and provide advice and supervision on occupational health
• Implement emergency procedures – evacuation in case of fire or other significant incident
• Prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health and provide adequate control of health and safety risks arising from work activities.

The Purpose of this policy is to ensure:

• Protection of Health and Safety of all DSOG staff, contractors and clients
• Promotion of safe work practices and strong HSE culture
• Comply with the applicable Health, Safety & Environment regulations and all legal requirements
• Respect to clients HSE Management System.
